The Power of a Smile

smileA smile is a non-verbal language that says a lot. It’s power is often under estimated .It demonstrates warmth empathy and cooperation.
It’s natural for people to want others to care for them.Everyone wants to be accepted and a smile will help you help others to feel this way.
When smiled at,some people often smile in return.Basically,we mirror each others expression unconsciously.Lagbaja’s Feyin E still makes me smile every time, your dentition doesn’t have to be perfect to give a warm smile.Don’t let your decision to smile be based on how you feel, just like the masked one says “Put a smile on your face no matter your condition”.
Even a smile on the telephone produces positive results.
A smile has the power of melting away insecurities and troubles you may have.
It makes others feel welcome, special and appreciated.
It’s a very powerful tool of persuasion.
It can make people feel liked and disarm others in time of conflict.
It makes you approachable.Giving away some smiles will boost your image and personality.
Smiling makes you look beautiful.Surely,it is the best make-up you could wear.
When someone is pissing you off – smile,it prevents you from saying something you will regret later(I would know because I use that method all the time).
A smile can change the atmosphere around you.
You can make someone’s day just by smiling at them, you never know who needs a smile so keep smiling.
It’s the secret to charisma.

The reason a smile is so effective is because you reflect goodness to someone. Some people don’t smile more or hardly smile because they are afraid to show their vulnerability ans soft side.
Smiling releases Endorphins(feel good hormones) which calm you and make you happier. So true.Been there
A smile has to be sincere and the eyes have to smile too, people can tell if you’re faking it you know and in my opinion, that’s even worse than not smiling at all.

In conclusion,SMILE
Even when you don’t feel like it -SMILE
If you’re toothless- SMILE
If your dentition is terrible – SMILE
When passing through Yaba market -DON’T SMILE.Been there, you don’t wanna hear what those boys have to say to

Peace out.Keep Smiling
